We are excited to announce that we are now offering Like-New Blessings for sizes newborn to 16. The following FAQ's below apply only to our traditional blessings and not our recently added Like-New Program. Please see the FAQ's under our Like-New page for more information.
How many outfits come in each blessing?
Each blessing comes with 3-4 outfits hand selected chosen by your very own personal stylist. Enjoy a fashion show in the comfort of your own home. Keep what you love and send the rest back at no cost. It’s that simple.
What is the average cost of each blessing?
The great thing about our program is that the cost is completely up to you. We carry every top name brand out that you already know, love and trust. We guarantee that every item we send will be discounted between 40-60 percent off of retail pricing and you never have to leave your house. When filling out your style profile you may also select what budget you would prefer and we will happily do our best to accommodate.
Is my card charged upfront for the items that my stylist has selected?
We do not charge your account for any items upfront. Enjoy 10 days at home to decide what you absolutely love and wish to keep.
How long does it take for my first blessing to arrive?
After receiving your style profile we will quickly assign a personal stylist just for you. A great deal of care and detail goes into selecting the perfect items. We want to get it right the first time. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your very first blessing to arrive.
How long am I obligated to sign up for? What if I only want one blessing?
We have so many options to choose from and know that we can find a frequency that fits your schedule. Currently we are offering monthly, every other month, quarterly and every 6 month options. We also have an as needed one-time blessing option where you can just login to your account and let us know as often as you would like to receive a blessing. Please remember you can put your account on hold or cancel your account anytime, so why not give us a try?
What ages do you provide blessings for?
We happily provide blessings for all ages from newborn to adult. We want to bless your entire family…Moms, Dads, Children and Teens! We even have Grandma’s and Grandpa’s that want to be included too!
Shipping is listed at $9.00. What if I have multiple people in our family who wish to receive a blessing?
The shipping and handling charge is $9.00 for each account that you have with us as they are styled separately and often on different days. Children, Teens, Women and Men are each different accounts. For example, if you have 3 children between the ages of newborn and 12 years of age they would all ship together in the same blessing for the single $9.00 shipping charge. If you also had a teenager they would ship separately as well as any adult men or women’s blessing which would also be $9.00.
Does the $9.00 shipping get credited towards any items that I am keeping?
Unfortunately not. The $9.00 charge is not refundable and simply goes towards the shipping/handling of your blessing.
Most styling services have a styling fee, do you have one?
Absolutely not. We do not charge a styling fee or have any restocking fees whatsoever.
What if I want to return some of the items that my stylists has selected?
We hope that you love all of the items that your stylist has selected just for you. If for some reason your stylist missed the mark a little bit, we absolutely cover the cost of any items that you wish to return. In every single blessing that we send there is a pre-paid envelope provided. Returns are always free!
Do you ship items based on the season?
Yes we absolutely do. We look at each city/state before preparing a blessing to see exactly what the existing weather is in your area. We also reach out to see what type of items you are looking to receive in between seasons as well. We can accommodate any request that you have- any season!
Do you ship outside of the US?
We currently ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We also proudly support our military families and ship to APO’s, FPO’s and DPO’s as well.
How long do I have to decide what I am keeping?
We know that life is busy and there never seems to be enough time to get everything done. Because of this, we allow more time for you than any other styling service. You have 10 days once your blessing is delivered to try everything on at home and decide what you love and are keeping. You must checkout online AND have any items that you are returning postmarked by USPS no later than the 10th day. Once again, a pre-paid envelope is provided in every blessing. If you do not checkout online and have your items postmarked by USPS in the required amount of time we will assume that you love everything that your stylist selected for you and the card on file will be charged on the 11th day. If there are extenuating circumstances to where you are not able checkout before the required date please reach out to us right away at email@example.com or call us at 800-441-0568. All returning items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same brand new condition that they were sent in. They must also have the original tags still on them. Any items received not in this condition will be charged for and returned back to you at your cost.
What if I forget to checkout and return my items on time?
Unfortunately we can no longer accept any items being returned that fall outside of the scheduled 10 day allowance. We are very sorry but any items that are postmarked after this period will be returned back to you at your cost. We do send several reminders though along the way as we always want to help!
What if a 2 piece item is sent but I only one to keep 1 piece?
Just like shopping at any retail store you have to keep the entire item or return the entire item in this situation. Unfortunately the ability to keep 1 item of a 2 piece set is not an option at this time. In the event that this happens we will charge for the entire item if only 1 piece is sent back.
Why is there a “pending charge” showing on my credit card account from Wee Blessing?
On your very first blessing you will see a pending charge for a very small amount before your blessing can physically leave our facility. This is not actually a charge and will never leave your account but is just done so that we can verify that your card is still an active card. Your bank will release this minimal amount within 1-2 days. Wee Blessing does not actually see or keep any of this money. Unfortunately, if this minimal dollar amount does not show available we will be unable to ship your blessing.
Do you accept pre-paid or load-able credit cards?
At this time we can only accept bank authorized credit cards or debit cards. If you sign up utilizing a pre-paid or load-able card we will not be able to accept that as a valid form of payment.
We love your service, do I get anything for telling my friends to sign up?
Yes, absolutely! We are so excited to hear that and we love you too! When you refer a friend you receive a $50 credit for every single friend that you share Wee Blessing with. Once they have been with us for 60 days that credit will automatically apply to your account. There is no limit to how many friends you can get credit for. All you have to do is give them your referral code. It’s super simple!! They can also just reference your name once they sign up and we will take care of the rest!
What if I need a size exchanged for an item sent?
Oh no, we hate to hear that an item did not fit. Unfortunately because our stylists are hand selecting items and shopping just for you we do not typically carry several of the same exact item in different sizes. We can do our best to find that item for you and ship it with your next blessing in the new size needed if we are able to.
What if I do not like any of the items chosen by my stylist?
We really hope that you love all of the items that your stylist has selected or you. On occasion it might take a blessing or 2 to get you or your child’s style down perfectly. We will do whatever we can to help get your blessing perfect. You can update your style profile with more details as well as make special brand requests. We also recommend creating a Pinterest Board and linking it to your profile so that way your stylist can get to know you better. We would also love to have your stylist personally give you a call to discuss how we can do better. We want you to feel like family and love the items that we send! You are very important to us.
